Typically reserved for strong, power hitters, you need quite a bit of strength in order to make good cuts with this bat. For competitive players, the bat is well worth its cost and will help you perform better against the elite competition. That being said for newer players, the Easton 2015 XL1 might be a little too expensive right now.
